Our terms of refund
You have a period of 7 (seven) days after receipt of your order to inform your wish to return and request a refund without penalty, except for the return charges. Beyond this period of 7 (seven) days, it won't be possible to ask for a refund.
We ask you to contact our customer service through the contact form, to let us know in advance. So that we won't be surprised at the arrival of your return.
In all cases, the goods must be returned in the original packaging. We keep the right to not reimburse the return if the product is intact.
Following receipt of your package, we will refund within 5 (five) days the sum of the returned products, except for the expenses of the return which remain at your expense. |
